Duncan “Chase Me” Norvelle -Duncan came to public notice after appearing on SATURDAY ROYAL for Lionel Blair he became an instant hit with the viewing public ..with his UNFORGETTABLE catch phrase ..CHASE ME ..and was asked to appear on 5 more shows...From then on Duncan Norvelle was rearly off our TV'S in the 80's & 90's..
Appearing on all the top shows of the time ..and alongside STAR names like ...DAME SHIRLEY BASSEY..DES O'CONNOR SHOW (6times) SIR TERRY WOGAN ( 2 times)..LES DAWSON..FRANK CARSON..NORMAN COLLIER..

And many many game shows..and Summer Seasons followed..as did Pantomimes which some DUNCAN rewrote !
But a little known fact is that DUNCAN NORVELLE was the 1st Choice as the host for BLIND DATE!!!! He even filmed the pilot ..but at the time he was thought to be too Camp!!

This very likeable Leicestershire comedian had the world at his feet...but then 2012 fate dealt him a bad blow when he suffered a major stroke just before opening summer season at the Grand Theatre Blackpool and Duncan was told that he may never walk or talk again..but he has proved his doubters wrong and has been working back on stage ..still as funny as ever ...proving there is life after ..STROKE.
